We started The Jeff George Agency in 2018 with a simple belief: people deserve honest, clear guidance when it comes to their benefits — not a sales pitch. What began as a small operation has grown, year after year, into a nationwide team of more than 40 licensed advisors. That growth didn’t come from gimmicks. It came from doing right by our clients, earning their trust, and earning their referrals.

Since 2018, Jeff has led with a single conviction: the best business comes from genuinely helping people. He’s spent that time building an independent agency where clients are listened to, options are explained honestly, and no one is ever rushed into a decision.
